We offer free standard shipping on orders over $80. Orders under $80 will incur additional shipping fees, which vary depending on location.

Our standard shipping typically takes 6-12 business days, while delivery to remote areas takes 10-25 business days, depending on your location. Please note that these delivery times vary by location, but we will do our best to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible.

3. Do I need to pay taxes or duties?

Orders may incur import duties, VAT, etc., which are levied by the customs authorities of the destination country or region according to local tax laws. We strive to ensure that you do not pay any additional import taxes or duties, but sometimes these are beyond our control. We currently support delivery to many countries and regions worldwide, including the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Australia, some EU countries, and parts of Asia. Delivery to some remote areas (such as islands, polar regions, military bases, etc.) may not be currently supported.

Natural gemstones naturally vary in color and size. Each gemstone is unique and may differ slightly from the picture. We are committed to ensuring that the product images in our online catalog accurately represent the appearance and quality of the items you receive. If this is not the case, please send photos of the received item to our customer support team at hello@buddhaandsoul.com so we can confirm that the shipped item is correct.

7. My item is broken.

Our products are all handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail and quality. Due to the delicate nature of some designs, minor damage may occur, but this is rare. If your item is damaged, please contact us and send photos of the item and receipt to hello@buddhaandsoul.com. We offer replacements for defective items within 30 days of purchase. Damage caused by normal wear and tear is not eligible for replacement. If you purchased a defective item worth $50 or more within one year and present proof of purchase, you can apply for a special discount code to enjoy a 50% discount on the same item.

8. Do I return or exchange my items?

All orders (excluding sale items, custom products, aromatherapy items, sage sticks, and candles) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days with proof of purchase. If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong or defective item), we will also cover the return shipping costs.
