Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges

1. All orders (excluding special offers, custom products, aromatherapy collections, sage sticks, and candles) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days with proof of purchase. If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

2. Return or exchange labels are provided for non-artificially damaged or defective products within the policy period.

3. Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and correct it.

4. Exchanged items are not eligible for refunds. Exchanges, credits, pickups, and other related services are non-refundable. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. For defective items purchased within one year with a price of $50 or more, you can apply a special promotional code for a 50% discount on the same item with proof of purchase.

6. Online purchases can only be returned or exchanged through our customer support team at hello@buddhaandsoul.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the address specified in our email.

7. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

8. If your return or exchange request is accepted, we will send you an email explaining the return or exchange details. Items returned without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.

9. You may use your own shipping method. We strongly recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number so you can track your package. Please be sure to keep this tracking number for your records. BUDDHASOUL is not responsible for packages lost in transit if shipped via an untrackable carrier.

10. Securely package your item in its original packaging and include a note with the order number and the reason for your return.

11. You are responsible for your own return shipping costs; BUDDHASOUL does not accept collect-on-delivery packages.

12. Returns or exchanges will be processed within 5 business days of delivery and receipt. For exchanges, we will ship the same item to the original order address after review.

13. Due to limited inventory, we cannot guarantee 100% exchange availability. If the item you want is out of stock, you can choose another item for exchange or wait for it to be available.

14. For refunds, we will notify you if your return has been approved after we receive and review it. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and credit the refund.

Cancellation

1. If you placed an order accidentally or simply changed your mind, please let us know as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it immediately and refund the full amount. 

2. Pre-orders can be canceled at any time (if not already processed) and receive a full refund.
