Processing Time

Please note that once you place your order, we will process and ship it as quickly as possible. However, please note that order processing times may vary depending on order volume, current inventory levels, and other factors. The estimated delivery date or delivery speed provided at checkout is based on the shipping method you select and does not account for any processing delays that may occur before your order ships. We appreciate your understanding and assure you that we will do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Estimated Delivery Time

We understand that getting your order as quickly as possible is crucial. Therefore, we offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs.

Our standard shipping typically takes 6-12 business days, and our regional shipping time is 10-25 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that these delivery times may vary depending on location, but we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $80 USD. Orders under $80 USD are subject to an additional shipping fee, which varies by location.

Taxes

Packages are shipped via ground, air, or a combination of ground and air. If your country or region imposes import taxes, duties, and local taxes, all fees are your responsibility.
The checkout total does not include any additional import taxes, duties, and local taxes. In the US, customers may be subject to VAT, duties, or excise taxes on items shipped outside the US, averaging 45% of the order value. In European countries, customers may be subject to VAT, duties, or excise taxes on items shipped outside the European Union (EU), averaging 12% of the order value. Similarly, for orders entering Canada, the import threshold is CAD$20; orders exceeding this threshold will incur an import fee of approximately 5%-13%. If you choose not to pay customs duties, your package will be returned and shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund. If you are still unsure whether you are subject to customs duties, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Misdirected Packages and P.O. Boxes

We are committed to providing reliable and timely delivery services to our customers. However, please note that in some cases, we are not responsible for packages misdelivered due to incorrect addresses or mailing to PO boxes.

We recommend that customers provide an accurate and complete delivery address when placing an order. Failure to provide an accurate delivery address may result in delayed or misdirected packages. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from such circumstances.

We will do our best to select reliable carriers to ensure proper delivery of your packages. However, if a carrier returns a package to us as "Return to Sender" due to undeliverable conditions, we are not responsible for any loss or damage caused. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred for reshipping the package.

Lost Packages

We are committed to providing our customers with a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. To support this commitment, we offer a comprehensive shipping policy to ensure that customers receive their products promptly and efficiently.

We work with reliable and trustworthy carriers to deliver all packages, but unfortunately, packages may get lost in transit. If your package is lost by the carrier, you can request a full replacement as long as the carrier can prove the loss.

To request a replacement, please contact our Customer Support team at hello@buddhaandsoul.com and provide your order number and any relevant information about the lost package. We will confirm the status of your package with the carrier and arrange to ship a replacement to you.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been delivered to the customer's provided delivery address.
